He met them by night, at the top of a hill, next to a great fang-shaped rock. The couple enjoyed the heat of a bonfire, next to which a piece of meat was cooking. A humble meal for people in elegant clothing. The lad smiled at seeing them like that. He knew their formal manners hid their taste for the life in the wilderness. It was good to know they still managed to take some time off their noble lives to enjoy some simple pleasures. “For someone so fast, you’re often late” the woman said, her eyes still on the fire. Her companion looked back. He hadn’t noticed the young man’s presence. “I call that ‘making an entrance’”, the lad said. Invited to seat by their side, he ignored the request. He knelt down behind the couple and wrapped his arms around their necks. The man grunted. She laughed. “I missed you, guys!” Ichimaru said. The cold winter morning was a good time for practice. Before the sun rose over the walls, before the servants occupied the main yard with the reconstruction work of Kumari's castle. The main tower was rising fast, but there was still much to be done. While the men fed for a day full of work, a guest and a servant boy used the free space. He wondered what could have delayed them on the way there… And, when something occurred to him, he waved his head and convinced himself that he was the one too early. Maybe he got the message wrong? Great times ahead!

Quick journal entry, so that this year won't finish with a sad post on my page. I've been away from here for a good while, but I didn't forget the amazing friends I made here. I would like to thank all those who helped me through some hard times I faced this year. Just so you know, things changed a LOT around here. In the end, 2013 was a great year. Hard, yes, but I learned a lot about myself and got really strong, emotionally speaking. I started dating this girl last month, and I coulnd't be happier! I'm not sure why I would share it here, but I guess it's because writing always makes me feel better. My relationship came to an end recently. I had a girlfriend for almost ten years, and we broke up in January. I've been feeling quite down since then, no surprise there. April 6th would have been our 10h anniversary, so it was a rather hard day. I've been trying to move on. I've been focusing on my studies, and started working on my new apartament, so I can move in by June, I hope. But it's hard.
